Dr. Miral Patel – Cataract & Refractive Surgeon, Managing Director
An accomplished cataract and LASIK surgeon, Dr. Miral Patel brings unmatched surgical skill and a patient-first mindset. As Managing Director, she ensures every patient receives not only the best treatment but also a deeply human experience marked by empathy and care.
Dr. Dishant Gandhi – CEO & Strategic Advisor
With over 18 years of experience in hospital management and a Ph.D. in Psychology, Dr. Gandhi steers SVNM’s long-term vision, strategy, and sustainability. His leadership ensures the hospital grows as a self-sufficient, community-driven model dedicated to eradicating preventable blindness.
Sailee Kuperkar – Head of Human Resources
